How interpreter cancellation timing works

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, based on the scheduled start time

For example, if you have a Monday morning deposition, the interpreter must be canceled by the equivalent start time on the preceding Friday morning.

Business hours are considered 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
