Scheduling

You can schedule court reporting, legal videography, trial presentation, and foreign language interpreters through Gallo.

We default to two hours for depositions. Please let us know if the proceeding will be shorter or longer so we can schedule accurately.

You will receive an acknowledgment of scheduling within two hours. Job confirmations are typically sent on Friday for the following week and/or the day before for anything still unconfirmed. It is okay to wait until the day before to receive confirmation.

The cutoff for late cancellation is 5:30 PM on the business day prior. Our office is staffed until 5:30 PM, and you can still reach us by calling the main number.

Court Reporting & Transcripts

Depositions & EUOs: 10 to 15 business days.
Court, meetings, and audio transcriptions: 15 business days.

Email [email protected] to request expedited production. Include your preferred delivery date and specify when the printed or sealed original is needed if there is a deadline.

Transcript bundles can be accessed through RB Web or through the HTML link attached to the delivery email. If ShareFile is used, you may be prompted for your name and email, but a login is not required.

To place a transcript order for a job that was previously billed as takedown only, contact Production. If you need it expedited, include your ideal due date so availability can be confirmed.

If the transcript is ordered, it will be fully produced and provided to both parties with instructions to schedule the read and sign within the specified period. Once the review is complete, Production will process and send the completed errata sheets to the attorney who ordered the original transcript. If signature is reserved but the transcript has not yet been ordered, the witness must wait until the transcript is produced before scheduling review.

Legal Video

You can schedule legal video the same way you schedule other services, through the online scheduling page, by email, or via RB Web.

Video can be produced when a videographer is scheduled through Gallo. If your firm has standing video instructions, we can document those during onboarding.

Electronic exhibits can be uploaded to www.gallo.legal/remote/. For large audio or video exhibit files, a ShareFile link can be provided upon request.
