In the state of Georgia, House Bill 100 indicates that civilians that are 18 years and older may purchase fireworks. Additionally, the bill states that fireworks may be lit from 10 AM till midnight. However, the time extends from midnight to 2 AM on New Year’s Day and Independence Day.
