In the state of Montana, all legalize gambling is limited to: Poker, Keno, Bingo, the State Lottery, and Video Line gambling. However, Video Line gambling must follow specific restrictions that involve an individual to bet at the most $2 at a time and only can win up to $800.
Also, the legal age of gambling in Montana is 18 years old, however, this does not apply to raffle events sponsored by churches, schools, charitable and non-profit organizations.
