  • 1st Offense: Mandatory Alcohol Education and Treatment PLUS a 90 days suspension of a Driver’s License.
  • 2nd Offense: Mandatory Alcohol Education and Treatment PLUS a 1 Year of suspension of a Driver’s License.
  • 3rd Offense: Mandatory Alcohol Education and Treatment PLUS a 3 Year of suspension of a Driver’s License.
